Another good job Jamie! This info is true for all kinds of pets, but especially for the exotics - too often bought on a whim, with very little thought.
Hopefully all who see this will see how important it is for any pet, to have lifetime care, with patience and respect always. Animals are not fashion accessories to be butchered for their fur, or to use to tote around and be cool - well, unless you’re making a teaching video, huh Tiki?

Yes, we have researched actually over 4 years before even thinking about getting a monkey.
They are a huge commitment but to us they are worth the time.
They are very expensive though and have specific diets…much like any exotics such as chinchillas!
Your little critters are so cute!

Aww I love chinchillas they are so adorable!
I own and breed Cotton Top Tamarin Monkeys.
Check my video out! I just posted it yesterday!
Their names are Ali and Noah, and they are 5 years old. Their previous owner has bred them twice already but the female is 2 and a half months pregnant! Pray for a healthy litter.
My aunt has a chinchilla and she has had it for over 10 years now and it is still healthy and happy!

Another good video Jamie, I hope that people understand how complicated it is to own a chinchilla.
Malo is AWFUL to deal with… I’d also like to interject that sometimes keeping the teeth trimmed down isn’t always best for your chinchilla… you have to look at their quality of life and sometimes it’s a hard choice to make.
I understand an old chinnie owner that was awful went and adopted two new ones and is already getting rid of them. How awful for those sweet little furfaces.
